The office complex forms part of Paris’s historic Haussmann-era development and is the long-standing headquarters of the client, a company in the luxury sector. The office spaces were refurbished to accommodate modern working methods and improve energy efficiency, whilst revitalising the atmosphere of the ‘Maison’.
The uniform lighting concept across all floors and areas of use creates a cohesive identity and incorporates specific requirements: for example, neutral lighting for examining material samples in the meeting rooms, or upscale, decorative accents in VIP areas. Thanks to KARDORFF’s daylight and artificial lighting calculations, the project achieved Platinum-level WELL certification.

The new Bugatti can only be ordered at the former Bugatti guesthouse.  The building was gutted and fitted with elliptical ceiling panels.  The light corresponds to the exclusive, imposing character and the contrast between a baroque exterior and a modern interior.
