      civic center, a contemporary cultural setting has been created for Reutlingen
      at the entrance to the medieval city. Following the main objectives of carving
      out visual axes, marking pathways, and preserving natural space, the new
      lighting strengthens the functions and evening atmosphere of this important
      urban space.

      Project

      On the former site of the Ludwig-Maximilian University between the Sophienstrasse and Karlstrasse, an architectural ensemble was constructed consisting of a luxury hotel, two office buildings, and high-class apartments. Kardorff Ingenieure designed the lighting for the entire grounds and all publicly accessible interior spaces, entrances, and underground parking areas.
