Between the Potsdamer Platz and the Kulturforum in Berlin, the Marlene-Dietrich-Platz serves as the entrance to the Casino and Musical Theater Adagio. To animate and enhance the atmosphere of the square, a dramatic lighting was chosen whose effect is
reminiscent of a catwalk.

The layout of the lighting fixtures in the ceiling was adapted to the complex roof supports using daylight openings. In addition, the placement of the lights was designed so that various lighting scenes can be selected in response to the different events that take place on the square.
